My name is Ruby and I am a beautiful gem.  I am just 1 year old and full of love and ready to find a family to enjoy life with.  I had an owner but due to landlord issues they had to surrender me to a shelter but unfortunately that is not a shelter any dog wants to go to.  I was confused why such a good girl like me ended up in doggie jail.  I am now fully vetted and settling in my foster home.  My foster mom says I am a lot of fun and extremely sweet.  I am potty trained, crate trained but I do pull a little on the leash.  I have learned my basic commands and really enjoy going to the little doggie park to play with my new rescue friend Bayla, which, by the way is also in the same rescue and lives in the same area.  How fun for us to be able to have play dates.  I would love a family that will spend time with me, take me on walks, hikes, park or just let me hang out with them doing whatever they like to do. :)
