Cappuchino is my name and I am a 1.5 yr old deliciously sweet chocolate Lab.  Well if you are a coffee snob or not I am sure you will love me.  I am about 50lbs so they consider me on the smaller side for a Labrador.  I was found way down near the Tex/Mex border and I escaped my yard when my owner went to the human shelter aka jail.  Next thing I knew there I was; in doggie jail.  That was scary and glad I didn't get the death penalty.  Some nice lady posted my bail and I hung out with her for a little while.  Now I am fully vetted and had my heartworms treated.  This is good for me because I LOVE to chase little critters like cats, squirrels or rabbits.  I may be smaller but I am the fastest girl in town.  Because of this desire to chase things and RUN I do require a solid and very secure fence for my own safety.  My foster mom says I am potty and crate trained and know all of my basic commands.  My foster mom says I really love my toys especially those tennis balls and dog appropriate things to chew on like those big bison bones and nylabones.  I could play fetch all day long.  My foster mom says I really love to play with the other dogs and love everyone I meet, well, except for those little furry critters I mentioned earlier.  I would love to find an active family with older children that will enjoy long walks in the park an evening or morning jog, camping or most any outdoor activities as long as you keep my leash on so I don't get distracted with a squirrel and take off.
