My name is Velma and I am an adorable 4 month old Hound/Shep mix puppy that was rescued along with my brother. My foster mom says I am the sweetest little puppy ever and already learning the ropes on how to be a good puppy for the family that adopts me. I am good with other dogs and love to play with the boys that live here. I had to have life saving emergency surgery on my bowel due to a side effect from having diarrhea in the shelter for so long. The vet that operated on me was worried but I showed her that I am a tough girl and survived thanks to her amazing skills. She really likes me too. :) I am now completely over that an so happy to be alive and healthy. No who wants to have the sweetest little girl in their life?
