Winnie is our longest resident pup. She has been in the same foster home for over a year and a half now patiently waiting to find her forever family that she will get to spend her retirement years with. Could you be her forever family?
As a gal who just wants to be home, Winnie would prefer a family that will give lots of love and lets her have her afternoon naps. She is very gentle with kids and loves to be around her people, is very warm and sweet and loves receiving pets and belly rubs! She's a healthy 10 year old who adores her afternoon walks, but doesn't mind just sniffing the yard if you want to skip a day or two!
Winnie has been with us so long because she's an older dog and prefers to pick her friends carefully. She needs a few days to get to know a new dog then they are BFF’s. She prefers dogs with easy going temperament and who are well-socialized. So, if your home is pretty relaxed, and you have other bigger dogs, consider giving Winnie a shot!
