Simon is a handsome little Border Collie/Labrador Retriever mix that has the softest coat ever.  He is approximately 12 weeks old and was found playing in the street of a rural Texas area by a local rescuer.  His foster mom says he is the sweetest boy ever and loves to give kisses and just wants to be held.  He is social and happy but most of all enjoys playing with the big dogs.  He is treat motivated and learning his puppy manners, doing great on potty training and crate training.
