Sparky Phil is a gorgeous Russian Blue mix who was found as a tiny abandoned kitten. He was bottle fed for the first few weeks. He has been inside with his foster since he was found. He is sweet, playful and affectionate. He is comfortable with other cats and dogs. He is in the DFW area and is patiently waiting for his forever family.
